Really quick and efficient. I booked my appointment and paid for my tyres online and when I went to have my tyres replaced, the staff were extremely helpful and had the work completed within 30-40mins without issue. Great service!

Purchased two tyres on the website delivered the next day ,all sorted two new tyres and front wheel balancing. Quick and efficient service. Helped with some advice about the alloy wheel.

I booked online for 15:30 and not seen until 16:15 because 3 other people then turned up a where seen to first. I guess it’s because they already had my money as paid online and these people came with no booking offered extra income.

Pre-booked tyre fitting but when I arrived for my appointment, one of two employees, a man who appeared to be in charge, stared at me with disdain. I approached him and explained that I was there to have my tyres fitted. He threw his hands in despair and said something along the lines of online bookings being a hindrance to their business..I had to wait for approx 45 minutes before being seen to.

PS. I've had a phone call from a Manager at Just Tyres who has apologised and explained issues to me. I have a lot of respect for business who take responsibility.

Fast efficient fitting. I arrived early for my fitting and was seen straight away

After a mix up on tyre delivery, that was sorted and corrected over the phone, tyres fitted the following day.
Arrived at arranged time. Car was in and tyres fitted within thirty minutes. Very pleased with the service and the price. Will definitely use them again.

Work was carried out, but steering wheel was not central. It is offset to the left of centre, and this throws associated functions out of sync

Booked a full tyre inspection for a particular time. Arrived on time to be told they had overbooked fitting etc and would be an hour wait ( at least). Told them to get stuffed.
Kwit FIT now have my business.
Avoid Just Tyres.

Great customer care and professionalism

Quick friendly service but failed to pump my new tyre up to the correct setting.

Friendly staff. Difficult location to park. Seen slightly later than my appointment. Problem resolved. Satisfactory service.

Was kept informed of any unforeseen changes. Staff polite and helpful. Convenient for me to get to and could do a small amount of shopping while tyres were being fitted.

The fitter at Bedford was very pleasant in spite of being quite busy tyre changing and supervising a young assistant. He was also very thorough doing tasks which other organizations do not carry out. Unfortunately the parking space is very limited which takes up some of his time juggling the space for vehicles arriving and departing. Ampthill Road can be very busy making access and egress difficult. New premises would solve a lot of problems and allow for expansion of the business - in my view.

Didn't have to queue so just 20 mins. to fit two tyres. Competitive prices.

on time rang me to say we have early slot if you want quick fitting

Tyres weren’t ready on the day we were booked in. Was expecting to get a call on the following Monday but didn’t so had to chase myself.
Offered a free wheel alignment and checks to compensate, but had to ask again for this. Would think twice before using again.

Customer service was great and although short staffed they still managed to fit me in to get my tyre changed.
