I had an appointment to replace a tyre with a puncture and was attended to immediately upon arrival. I was out again in half an hour with the new tyre fitted. All good!

Poor service all round
The tire i brought from the website after putting in my car reg was the wrong tire according to the staff. The tire wasn't even sent to shop for it to be fitted on my wheel. Then had to pay extra for a different tire to be fitted so I could use my car. I will never use just tires again

The manager gent was really helpful
The manager gent was really helpful. The job was done very quickly and he advised on other tyres of their condition.
He went out of his way to make me satisfied with the service you provide.
PS. I also enjoyed the music the lads were playing in the workshop, it took me back a few years and it was nice to seeing a team enjoying themselves in an important role.

so quick and simple
so quick and such a simple process with no unnecessary hassle - true to the name! staff were friendly and polite. actual tyre change was so quick (2 in less than 30mins) and i was able to leave the car with them instead of waiting.

Valve Stems Not Replaced
Two days after buying new tyres I found out that one of the tyres was losing pressure. My local garage found that the valve stems had not been replaced, and one was rotten and leaking.

When I arrived at my preferred depot I was greeted warmly and they carried out the replacement of my tyres and brake inspection I was informed that my discs and pads needed replacing and was shown how worn they were and after the parts were ordered and we didn't have too long to wait for the parts to arrive and be fitted so I am pleased how my experience was at just tyre

Used Buckingham centre for 2 new tyres. Really friendly and helpful folks there. I ordered one tyre but needed two, he explained why (I wasn’t upsold but genuine discussion around options). They rebalanced my 2 front wheels and told me to come back in the afternoon, in the meantime they would order the second tyre. All sorted In a professional and friendly and professional way, enhanced with a bit on banter.

Not bad service from a very small outlet . Usual waiting room that has that British Railway 1950's atmosphere. Staff were helpful and polite. What else do you want from a tyre company?
