Easy to order tyres on-line and make appointment for local fitting. I had a few queries re best tyres for my car which were answered over the phone by local, Chesham, branch. Fitting carried out efficiently and both fitters friendly, very knowledgeable and polite.

Excellent customer service and price 5 new tyres
Although haven't had the tyres fitted yet (booked in for Saturday) a postponement made by me. They were able to change the date with no issues. I always use just tyres in Chesham. The manager there is a really nice person with excellent customer service. Tyres are always a reasonable price and the wheel alignment is very reasonable. Every time I need a tyre change this is the only place I will use.

Impact drives were not used to remove…
Impact drives were not used to remove or install wheels, which is good. Often the impact drives damage wheels and over tighten studs. Also wheels torqued properly with torque setting based on manufacturer details, I have not seen that in a very long while and I have been to many garages. Everything was ready on arrival. Nothing bad to say, good service professionally executed.
