Trying unnecessary upselling. It's a shame.
I've used this garage before with no problems and this time booked online for two rear tyres as the location was convenient. The price was competitive to other tyre places in the area but this time, I felt uncomfortable from the start with the attitude of the staff.
Whilst doing the free brake check they said that the front wheels needed tracking.
They said that they could see the car had had some suspension work (true), but the tracking had not been done. I checked with my mechanic and the tracking had been done.
Wouldn't go back!!

5**** service from Derek and Ian
Visited Just Tyres Chesterfield for the first time due to their very competitive tyre prices on their website. Bought the tyres online and booked in the following day. Arrived promptly and drove straight into the bay. Derek and Ian both worked on the car and took great care in everything they did. Both loved a chat and were very informative without the hard upselling you get at other garages. Our car required the front tracking adjusting (which we knew) and this was carried out perfectly using their equipment.
Rear tyre pressures also adjusted as well as resetting the tyre pressure monitor in the cars ICU. Absolute 5 star service and will use again without doubt.
