Got there and was immediately treated very standoffish and was told they had another booking so couldn't see me. Was treated as if I had done something wrong, when the issue was there booking system was broken. Very rude, extremely unhelpful and poorest customer service I think I have ever experienced. Not sure how a simple tyre repair booking became such an issue, but I know to avoid this place at all cost. I ended up booking in a Kwik fit appointment who could see me immediately, which cost only a little bit more but we're so helpful and didn't get treated like a problem as opposed to a paying customer!

We have purchased tyres from Just Tyres in High Wycombe on several occasions, plus having a tyre reseated at short notice to enable us to go away. The service given has been first class every time. I cannot fault them and Alan in particular has been extremely helpful at each visit. We highly recommend them.

Booked a 10am appointment, they were running quite late so didn’t get seen until 10:45. When trying to remove the wheels the apprentice snapped my locking wheel nut key off in the nut. this ment they couldn’t take the wheel off!
One wheel was put back on with only 4 of the 5 wheel nuts and i was sent away because they were too busy. I had to go to the main dealer to get there master locking wheel nut key to be able to remove the wheel. After i got it sorted and had to buy some new wheel nuts to replace them i went back to get the tyres fitted only to be told that they cant fit them until 4 days time because they are too busy! They seem to be painfuly understaffed however the guy i think his name was alan looked at the end of his teather was quite polite.

Any easy, straightforward process from start to finish and good value for money. Thank you 👍👍

Meet the team today to fit the tyres and they were very good professionals and nice people to be around.
