Just tyres are competitive on price

Just tyres are competitive on price, the online ordering and booking is easy, the fitting staff are always great, i would have rated 5 star however the tyres i ordered had not been delivered to the garage in time for my fitting, therefore i was delayed by 1 hour, on this occasion this was not a problem for me but if i had other appointments this would have been an issue.

Great service all round.

Great service all round.
Simple and easy online booking and payment.
Tyre Techs at garage were friendly and professional. Explained what they were going to do and roughly how long would take. Kept me well informed while I waited. Completed a top notch job.

Wrong tyre fitted

Wrong tyre fitted. Booked in for 0930 but didn't get completed until 1045. Emailed customer services, still no reply after 5 days. Emailed for copy of complaint procedure, still no reply after 2 days. Would I use them again. Absolutely not.
