I recently took my car to Just Tyres for a wheel alignment, as it was veering to the left. The service was performed by a trainee who frequently sought guidance from his senior throughout the process. After the alignment, the issue persisted, and my car continued to veer left. I subsequently took my vehicle to another garage for a second opinion, and they confirmed that the tracking was still significantly off.
I reached out to Just Tyres, and was told over the phone that the alignment was "bang on." I then contacted customer service via email, which resulted in a follow-up call from Just Tyers, Kenilworth. Unfortunately, during the call, the representative was dismissive and rude, questioning how the tracking could still be misaligned. As a customer, I am not a mechanic and expected a professional and accurate service.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Just Tyres in the future and cannot recommend their services.

Manager was a nice guy
Manager was a nice guy, but the young fitter turned up late. I understand that he was still in training but if he did more work than chatting rubbish and wondering about the other cars that were coming in and concentrated on the job in hand it took nearly two hours to fit four tyres and that’s with the manager taking over to do the tracking

Prices for my selected premium tyres…
Prices for my selected premium tyres including fitting etc were far more competitive than any other supplier I came across during my online research.
Bonus that Just Tyres had a branch very local to my home.
A great experience was had. The guys down there were very welcoming. They knew their stuff and were very efficient.
