Easy to book appointment. Great service with friendly and helpful staff who explained what was being done and why.

Turned up for my appointment, which had been quadruple booked due to some error on their system. Despite the fact they admitted I was the first one to book in they refused to prioritise my job as someone else had turned up before me. I was given a later slot which I returned for. The job was still not completed half an hour after they said it would be. The mechanics doing the job were also the victims of a rubbish system but they did not have the skills to resolve it and I have been left wasting a lot of my own precious time waiting for an urgent job to be done, rescheduling my day to fit around Just Tyres. Not impressed and I won’t be returning.

Excellent service and no fuss. I turned up 15 minutes early, and the garage looked closed.
The reception was actually open and the fitter had both tyres fitted before the appointment time of 08.30. Very fast and efficient and the price was much cheaper compared to other national and local tyre fitters.

Being the first customer of the day, all 4 wheels got done in 30 minutes including the work being interrupted by phone calls.

You get the 5% discount if you order the tyres online (which I did). Only found out about it by overhearing the phone calls from potential clients.

The only problem was that being a VW, it had pressure sensors so it detected that the tyre pressures were different. A quick adjustment using a pressure gauge and air pump solved that.

The guys were really friendly and efficient. Just got on with it no messing even got me in early.

I ordered the tyre and used the Letchworth Garden city shop where, beyond excellent value tyres, I received excellent meticulous service with attention to detail and quality. I was concerned about asking the mechanic to not use impact driver on my key nuts but there was no need as he used manual wrench on all of the nuts and then tightened them carefully to the right torque setting
I will return to thi9 shop next time I need tyres changed

Two tyres fitted at at the time booked on line. Tracking done and the whole job completed in a professional manner. Very friendly, helpful staff. Price was very good too, for 2 premium tyres. Would definately use again.

Prebooked and prepaid for tyres ,punctuality is important to me and the lads were bang on time ( as previous visits too ) two tyres in and out in just over 30 mins , no upselling job done well ....what's not to like !!

Arrived at appointment time and dealt with straight away perfect.

The guys on shift when I visited were exceptional, had several issues with the fitting (older vehcile) which they were very helpful in solving. They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend place for all things tyre related. Thank you.
