I've used this place a few times now and it is is a really well run garage, with staff who not only know their trade but give great customer service. And they're cheaper than anywhere else locally! Total win-win.
This time I'd forgotten to go for my booked appointment 2 days before - no problem. Fitted me in straight away when I rang, no sense of eyes rolling, no additional waiting because of my error. As usual the manager was on reception and was courteous, jovial and straightforward. And not patronising because I'm a woman, which unfortunately happens a lot.
Also to say, I've never had a call go to voicemail, sometimes it's straight away and otherwise, give enough time for them to get out from under a car and they answer.

Fitter was friendly answered some of my concerns and a great price for 2 19' low profile tyres

Staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to help. Every time I go in to get tyres checked or replaced, they are efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They really are brilliant.

Booked online with a time slot that suited me . The guys were on time and happy for me to wait whilst the work was completed . I noted that the whilst being very busy with a tight schedule, the manager made every effort to accommodate a couple of customers that had arrived for advice without a pre booked time slot .
I shall be using just tyres again in the future for all of my tyre requirements as I was impressed with the service I recieved .

I found the whole process from booking online to actually going to the garage for my tyres to be brilliant.
The team at the Lewes garage were polite and answered questions I had.
Whilst I was there other people turned up for tyre changes. Although the garage was fully booked they helped as much as they could.
I would recommend them totally.

Had 4 new tyres put on was told should be about an hour. The guys seemed very friendly and told me by the time I get a coffee and a nice walk back from the town all the work was done on time I will be back in the furniture. Quick easy and hassle free

I ordered 4 Supervalue 185 55 R16 87V DH2 tyres and went to have them fitted last Thursday. Now the fitting service was good, but when I got home I discovered that you had not fitted the tyres which I ordered.
You actually fitted 185 55 R16 87 VXL tyres. I ordered the DH2 tyres because they have quite good C, B and speed ratings for Supervalue tyres. I have no idea what the ratings are for the VXL tyres which you fitted but I suspect the are inferior. What are you going to do about this?

Ordered 10am and paid online for same day service at Lewes, drove over ( half hour drive each way) at the booked time 3pm, was told sorry mate its been moved to tomorrow and we don't have stock anyway, rearranged my day to be there, total waste of time, drove back via Newhaven at got top service and actually a better price at formula one, I know where I will be going from now on.
