Easy to purchase tyres and was able to get them fitted same day. Can't give 5 stars as was told to return at a certain time and when I did, tyres were still being fitted so had a 15 minute wait. Also was told that the tracking needed doing - better customer service would have been to ring me to tell me that and offer to do it as part of the tyre fitting I think.

I think the Lewes branch is great
I think the Lewes branch is great, and drive the 8 miles to them rather than use the local tyre place. Price is often better than competitors and always comparable. Someone always answers the phone in reasonable time, and knows what they're talking about. They don't try to up-sell like Formula One.
I took a star away because the tyre I booked online wasn't available, and they assumed I would prefer one I hadn't chosen (which wasn't as good) so it could be done at the time I'd booked, rather than wait. I'd be happier with a system that didn't let you book a tyre that isn't available, or at least let you choose to wait or have a different tyre.

Fantastic service!
I booked online and was able to get a same day appointment. Tyres are reasonably priced. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. They made the experience lovely. As a female, getting anything sorted on my car can be daunting for fear of being told something needs changing when it doesn’t or being pressured into a purchase. The guys here were lovely, gave me some advice that my brakes were getting low and off I went. No pressure and no telling me I needed to get something else done. This is the second time I’ve used this company and the Lewes branch and I will continue to do so.

Just Tyres Lewes "THE BEST"
I have just been to Just Tyres to have a front tyre replaced on my car.
I could not fault the high quality of service from the team, Lee & Zack. They were very knowledgeable, helpful & this will be my "Go To" tyre fitting company in the future.
I have used other tyre companies in Lewes, but "Just Tyres" are "THE BEST" by far!!

Stress free tyre fitting.
Good experience of having 5 new tyres fitted. The workshop had ample customer parking. Appointment for fitting was via a booking system so no long wait. Car not squeezed in to workshop with others being worked on so no worry of bodywork damage. Care taken to protect my alloy rims and car body while fitting. Staff all courteous and friendly. First time I’ve been to this outlet but will be back. Also had the tyres I wanted that are a bit specialised.
