Ordered 4 new tyres and Pro wheel…
Ordered 4 new tyres and Pro wheel alignment online. Had the tyres fitted but no wheel alignment printout. Was told by the branch that they do not have equipment to do that but still going to charge me for it. Good job I was aware, but they still only offered to knock off £10 of the £55 charge... False advertising ...

Online booking and great service
Online booking system easy to use. Arrived 5 mins early and was in on time. They were able to repair rather than replace and refunded the difference.
I have used this garage for about 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else,

Great service at the Nuneaton branch. I ordered two tyres online and booked a time slot, straight in no messing around. Thanks

Excellent Customer Service
My tyre pressure light came on saying i had lost pressure from my rear nearside tyre. I booked in to get the two rear tyres changed.
It turned out there was problem with the tyre pressure sensors which Skoda fixed while I waited. This meant I didn't need two new tyres.
I called to cancel and a very nice lady made the whole process very easy explaining everything.
Next time I need tyres I will definitely book with Just Tyres excellent customer service.

You decide?
I got the tyre I wanted fitting but the tyre fitter told a women before me she needed 4 new tyres, a woman came in from the day before saying she had been charged £300 for 2 budget tyres and I was told my other 3 tyres needed replacing. I had an MOT 4 weeks prior with a advisory for the one I'd had changed and my car was with Honda main dealer 2 weeks ago for a recall and I received a video walk round with a review on all my tyres recommending I change that one tyre soon. Make of that what you like?

Really helpful and honest service
Really helpful and honest service. Got told by our car dealer we needed a new tyre but they double checked and said it was perfectly fine. They could have easily just taken our money but appreciate the honesty and will definitely be back when we need a tyre!

Great local centre, poor call centre service
The call centre needs improvement. Was told that a run flat was repairable but local garage confirmed it wasn’t ( as I’d researched) When my tyres were not going to be at my local centre, I got one phone call, unidentified and no message left. I turned up for my appointment to be informed they hadn’t been delivered. I would not have used the company again if it wasn’t for my Nuneaton branch. Great team of guys who were friendly, helpful and courteous. Efficient service, thanks
