Tyre change to my Golf Mk7
I did a tyre change to my Golf Mk7. The two lads from the Nuneaton garage were very welcoming and exceptionally fast. All process lasted less than 20 minutes, including balancing the wheels. I cannot reccommend them enought. Also, I got the best value for price.

Great staff
Great staff. Needed two new tyres on my Audi A6 Allroad and wanted to make sure the tread depths across the axles were balanced out to protect the 4x4 system. Guys couldn't have been more helpful. No messing around they just get on with the job and tell you straight if there is an issue, and what can be done to solve it. Cheers guys

Not brilliant service and online…
Not brilliant service and online booking system pointless as I booked a time slot and paid in full up front however when I walked in bang on time the phone ringing appeared far more important than people standing and waiting!! So had to wait a few minutes and when I got acknowledged I was told I will be sorted when a space becomes available even though I had booked a time slot!! It was 35 mins before my car was started on and over an hour before I was done 🤷♂️🤷♂️.
The only plus point was I thought the tyres were good value and Blue Light Card Discounts were valid however the tyres were different to the ones I ordered as they were strangely not available!!
The experience could be better

Booked an appointment to have a tyre…
Booked an appointment to have a tyre changed. Turned up but they didn't have the tyre but they obviously didn't think my time is important since nobody bothered to let me know in advance so I had a wasted journey and wasted morning off work!

Absolutely appalling service arrived in…
Absolutely appalling service arrived in reception at 8:35 waited 20 minutes and no one even spoke to me. There were three service engineers servicing one vehicle and not one of them even acknowledged that I was in the building. One of them even came into reception walk past me picked something up and left without saying a word, I would not recommend their use at all and it was only when I left and was driving off that somebody actually came up to me and asked if I was alright.

Great service at the Nuneaton branch
Great service at the Nuneaton branch, called the branch the day before got two quotes for 4 tyres , chose the tyres I wanted the staff ordered them, I got a call the following morning to say they had been delivered. Within minutes of being there they old tyres were off and the new ones on. I could see exactly what they were doing and I had a problem when one of the wheels was removed with the brake disc and pad which the manager called me over to look at and gave me advice on. The whole process took very little time and throughout the two staff who worked together on the car were knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely return the next time I need new tyres.
