First visit. Got there early as my appointment was for 9.30. Both the guys present were very busy but efficient on what they doing and how.

They managed get my car tyres changed before my appointment time, which I was very impressed with.

They were unable to complete the 4 wheel alignment but they explained why and they would process a refund for this on Monday as my appointment was for a Saturday. They followed this up by advising places I could visit to get this completed, which I did.

Again both the guys working, forgotten the names were great and extremely polite. Appointment was for 9.30 21st March.

Ordered tyre online. Great service when I turned up to have it fitted it. Tyre was ordered in. All went smoothly. Friendly person on Saturday afternoon.

Very quick and professional replacement tyre service. 2 front new tyres balanced and replaced in less than 15 minutes. Car drives like a dream. Just Tyres will be my first call when I need new tread.

I booked and paid for two Pirelli tyres and a wheel alignment. On arriving for my appointment I was told the wheel alignment couldn’t be done because the specialist guy wasn’t working that day. As the branch wasn’t local for me, returning the next day wasn’t convenient so I asked for a refund of the alignment cost only, to which the branch manager advised that I would have to request that from central customer service.

I called said customer service and was told that my request would have to be “considered” - to which I naturally asserted that this wasn’t an unreasonable request and I expected a prompt refund. I also then emailed customer service to formalize this in writing.

One week later I have yet to receive a response to my call and email or any refund. Utterly unacceptable service from a business purporting to be a reputable operator, and which means I shall.never return to Just Tyree, which appears to be a totally disreputable underhand company.

Price and service

I turned up ten minutes before opening/my time slot 8-30. Was acknowledged with good morning Sir by both members of Staff on duty. They worked well together and had me politely away with Have a good weekend Sir. Couldn't believe that I was only there 20 minutes for the 2 Tyres. Really well organised.

I booked an appointment online to have two tyres fitted and the service I received was excellent. Great customer service!

Easy to order online and saw me on time and fitted both tyres very quickly, highly recommended.

Great service for a tyre replacement on my VW T5 camper van. After MOT the tracking also needs adjusting. I have to say that the guy did it while I watched, so absolutely sure that he did a great job. Will definitely use them again and grateful to my mechanic who recommended them!

Original booking was made for December 27th , because of the Christmas holiday I had wait till December 29th when tyres were in . Tyres fitted friendly staff at PB branch and very knowledgeable.

Friendly welcome and professional, confirmed with me, tyres to be fitted and where. Explained when tyres had been fitted tyres pressures and wheel bolts had been tightened to manufacturer’s specification.

The team worked like a well oiled machine and completed 4 tyres within 30 mins. Very polite and knowledgeable staff.
