5 STAR COMPANY
Ordered a tyre online for an ageing Corsa, however I'd made a mistake on the order. The guys at Reading Branch quickly sorted me a correct tyre and even price matched it to the original order. Can't thank the Staff at Reading enough especially Connor for their professional and customer focused attitude.

Friendly quality service
I never go anywhere else for tyre. The guys at the Reading branch are top notch and friendly with it. I even got directions to the best cafe in the area as the job was going to take a while! Prices are great too. I saved nearly £500 on what I was quoted by a dealer.

I have used them before and they were…
I have used them before and they were great so hopefully it’s a bad day but was not impressed with my recent visit. Changed tyres and was a bit worried about how they were with my wheels (I am very precious about them). Almost certain they did not change the valves. The wheels were thrown about a bit. My main issue is that they changed the car tyres next to mine and watching them, they did not balance one of the wheels at all. He had hold of the wheel waiting to balance but as he had to wait, just went over and put it on the car. You might think he didn’t pay for it, however the other wheel was dealt with by another person and they did balance it. Normally standard on a tyre change. I won’t go back as I now feel that I cannot trust them. Sorry chaps.

Reply from Just Tyres - Reading
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear about your recent experience—it’s disappointing to hear, especially as you've had good service with us before. We completely understand your concerns, particularly around how your wheels were handled and the tyre balancing process. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be reviewing this with the team immediately.
We’d really appreciate the chance to make this right, so please feel free to get in touch directly if you're open to discussing it further.
Thanks again for bringing it to our attention.
