Quick and friendly

Very helpful

The garage wasnt busy so the two lads started earlier than expected. Both lads were very nice and cracked on with the job. They advised me about my wheel balancing and sorted that out for me. With new tyres and tracking done, my car drives like new.

I was really impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the team at the Rooksley branch and would highly recommend them. I was able to get the tyres that I was interested in for less than their nearby competitors and the team were really helpful when I had an issue with my wheel nut being missing. They kindly slotted me in later in the day once the issue had been resolved. Would definitely use them again.

Jamie was really helpful sorting out a mistake I'd made and got it all squared away easily and without fuss.

When I arrived the tyre machine was undergoing some work and when it appeared the works were going to take longer than expected the machine was put together in order to sort my tyres out in a timely manner. I was kept well informed what was happening and all of the staff there were very polite and friendly.

Good service from Archie, Charlie and the team at Rooksley branch in MK. Had an issue with eTyres, but once my tyres were eventually supplied to Rooksley, the fitting was prompt and professional.

Excellent service - no other customer in the branch at the time,so straight in and out. Only slight quibble was that the fitter forgot I wanted the replacement tyre at the same pressure as the one on the other end of the axle, but I can see to that myself - it's only a 2 psi difference so not worth arguing over.

It didn't start very well as I booked a 08.30 slot but they didn't open until 08.30 so there was no way that they would be starting on my car at the time I booked it for. The car actually went on the Jack's at 08.45 and then I was told that the 2 tyres i ordered only one was delivered. The manager said the other would be delivered around about 10am, which was no good to me. He then apologised for the inconvenience and said he could give me 2 other equivalent tyres or a free upgrade to 2 better tyres which I took. From then on it was plain sailing. Although the experience could have been bad in the end with the professionalism of the staff there and the end outcome I had I definitely will be back as a returning customer.

Professional staff. Appointment held at exactly the time booked. New tyres were ready and installed and a wheel alignment took place.

There were no hidden extras or requests for further monies.
