Next day service
Next day service, two new tyres fitted with wheel alignment. Was kept informed with automated text updates. On site service was fast, professional and efficient. Fitter took the time to show us old tyres and explain issues that were damaging tyres.

Ordered tyres & booked a timed slot. Arrived at depot only to be told the tyres had not arrived. Offered different options but declined. Ordered tyres arrived 24hrs later

Damaged my wheels !!! Backed up by CCTV
Scunthorpe Branch !! !
Absolutely gutted
Had 4 X DYNAMO Wheel hubs fitted that light up blue as wheels turn .
They have snapped cover off one so whole set now unusable as ordered from china and discontinued .
Have CCTV footage/Stills of vehicle before taking to Just Tyres with Dynamo intact , and on return it is snapped /broken off .
Provided this to customer service .
On visiting branch abruptly told it was on when finished which is clearly untrue .
These cost £80 each and you do not expect damage on picking up .
Had a phonecall from Liam new area manager !!! promising a meeting to discuss damage … NO phonecall , waste of time .
Update : Did phone quoting terms and conditions that they accept no responsibility for damaging trims .
Just checked nothing in site terms and conditions covering this . Enough said .
Be Warned !!!
Steer clear of this bunch and if you do use take pictures before and after .
In fact would do a walk around with it, to confirm zero damage …
There so called investigations are a waste of time and regional manager not bothered in the slightest.
