No tyres on arrival
Arrived too get my new tyres fitted but they haven't been delivered. So my old tyres were fitted back on my car so I went home.
Some time later I rang the depot to be told my tyres were in so I got them fitted in the end

Over-inflation an issuue
Happy with price and ease of booking. Not happy that the new tyres were over inflated and was told when I rang that I probably just needed to let the sensor sort itself out. 24 hrs later and no change so had to deflate the excess during my lunchbreak at work having nervously driven up the motorway on overinflated tyres. Also asked for feedback following the free brake check and was told no problems, yet a year ago at my annual service I was given an advisory on the rear brakes!
