Booked a time slot
Booked a time slot. Turned up and was told I had to wait an hour and a half and there were 6 people in front of me. They said "we don't do time slots". Asked for a refund.

Website was easy to use to get correct…
Website was easy to use to get correct tyre for my car. Price was competitive, the garage I selected to fit tyres was convenient and friendly. The only issue I had was tyre was not available at selected garage on promised appointment. New appointment was set up for next day but tyre still never arrived. Tyre was eventually fitted 2 days later than first appointment.

The worst experience of my life
The worst experience of my life. Staff at Mavlin tyres Yate were rude, they didn't want to work. Sending back customers.
They even broke one of my tyre pressure sensors.
