Rubbish company
Not sure why my 2 previous reviews have disappeared, so doing it again. Company just lied right from the start, a 2-3 weeks delivery schedule turned into 10 weeks. No communication or follow up despite dozens of calls. They have the cheek to make you click something before you can view a delivery date where u confirm you accept the date, that you haven't booked any building work, and will have people around to help with the delivery. When I asked for a refund I was told not possible as bespoke order. I started talking to citizens advice about taking legal action and was told that actually as they failed to deliver on time or proactively communicate I was entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection Act of 2015. Doesn't matter what nonsense they make you tick, you can't sign away legal rights. I didn't take legal action in the end, but putting this info there for the many people having the same issues I was by the looks of things.

Exceptional Customer Service and Great Value
The Office Manager who handled my enquiry was Nick Brook, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was charming, efficient, and completely professional throughout. As a homeowner with no experience in home improvements, I really appreciated how easy and stress-free he made the whole process - even taking several calls from me to clarify different aspects of my order.
I had also contacted a few other companies I found online, but their approach felt pushy and sales-driven rather than focused on my needs. Their products were more expensive too, and not even suitable for what I required.
Just Value Windows (and Doors!) were the complete opposite - helpful, honest, and genuinely customer-focused. A solid 5 stars from me. Thank you!

Avoid the company at all costs
Avoid the company at all costs. Do not be fooled by ease of ordering! We ordered tilt and turn windows. The online ordering was smooth and easy. Priblems started after delivery was first rescheduled. Then delivery day passed without communication from the company on what would be the new delivery. There was no communication from them despite several calls and it was delivered a week later without notification. Unfortunately this is not where the problem ended the doors are faulty. The mechanism is not allowing the doors to lock it completely. The handle doesn’t cone down fully and the top left corner is moving when it sis supposed to be locked. I’ve sent the email with the video showing it is faulty. There has been no reply or acknowledgment of the complaint received.
