Poor communication and customer service

I am a small business owner. I looked in my business bank account this week and found 66 individual ACH withdrawals to Justworks that ranged in size from $1.90 to $198. Of course, I panicked assuming it was hackers. I called Justworks in a fluster and they said that someone would get back to me in 3 hours. Hearing nothing, but sleeping badly envisioning my tied accounts being emptied overnight, I called again the next morning. Someone would get back to me by end of day. End of day, I called again and got a message that all support personnel were in a company-wide meeting. Now it really sounds like hackers to me! So I tell the bank to dispute the charges. This morning I call again: finally some answers. The charges are legitimate and there was an email in my spam folder inviting me to schedule a meeting to discuss. At said meeting, there was no acknowledgement of Justworks' role in this fiasco. I was mostly just chided for not seeing an email I still can't find allegedly notifying me that this was going to occur, "but not individual transactions" and then told that I must wire transfer the money because they've suspended my account. Really? REALLY?
This is strike 2 for Justworks: in 2020, we signed up for health insurance for the first time. They sent notification that they were withdrawing the first payment on Christmas eve, late in the day. They withdrew the money the morning of the 26th. Since I hadn't manually okayed it (first time charge), the charge bounced at the bank. Justworks told me that if it happened again, they would not work with us as a client.
It has otherwise been smooth sailing: the payroll system works pretty well, the interface is pretty painless, the benefits are annoying to figure out but there is a fair spectrum as long as you don't mind Aetna. However, I'm not sure I want to wait for strike 3.

Needs work

Their software has some gaps. Some of the insurance options come with an FSA plan but won’t show it until you select them during your enrollment period. It also is misleading in what it shows for deductibles when adding a family member (still displays the single amount and I found out the hard way that’s not how the plan worked). These things make a real difference to end users and shouldn’t be overlooked.

Negligent, wouldn't recommend.

I'd highly recommend against using this for your company. They switched their benefits carriers and lost over $200 in my transportation benefits. It was pure negligence.
