This company can provide a product that they advertise and not horrific looking wigs. I should have known, you get what you pay for! Do not buy wigs from this company...total scam! Trying to return for a refund and there is literally no way to get in touch with the,

DO NOT PURCHASE a wig from these people. I purchased one advertised on Facebook for a fun wig. The wig is nothing like shown. Thank goodness I didn't pay much for it. If you want to look like Cruella DeVille, this may be for you.

The wig finally arrived and was NOTHING like the ad portrayed it to be. The roots were black, the rest was white and underneath was the color I ordered (blond). This is a completely unwearable wig. I wish I had read the reviews first. Kept seeing ad on FB and it looked so good, I just ordered. Bad experience and no way to return and get money back.

This is the worst wig I have ever seen...the company promises a full refund if not satisfied. The color was not as pictured and the front unfinished. The return address was in New Jersey, but I was told I would have to pay to return to CHINA!!!! They offered a 10% refund to keep the unwearable wig but will NOT refund. Will be contacting my credit card of the fraud. STAY AWAY!!!!

Scam all the way and the product is shiny, doesnt look at all like pictures, color is way off and the roots had black coloring. I tried to return. Asked how to. Never heard back so mailed it back to the address it was sent from. There was no invoice no instructions on how to return but in their ad they say returns are no problem. I called when not credited... Their answer a month later is sorry that is not where to return and we can;t retrieve the wigs (3) Then procedes to tell me I had to call first-I emailed (which by the way is the way they returned my questions). There is also a 90 return period which I returned withing the timing...No refund given to me at all and out 17.00 in postage. Don't buy!!!

This is a complete Scam folks, stay away. The wigs are horrifically made and look nothing like their pictures. They take over two months to arrive. The wigs can't even be brushed and they completely refuse to contact you once you complain. So money lost, thrown in the bin. I contacted the Chinese Trading Standards about them also. They were not much help. I am connected with many in the wig community and I have let everyone know that they are a con.

This wig site is a total rip-off. Their ad says 100% refund if not satisfied. I didn't even have to try the wig on because it was obvious the wig was not the same as in the picture, very poor quality. I tried to get a refund and they offered 10% back. I complained and then they offered 40% discount on purchasing another wig. Why would anyone want to do that? I got a piece of crap and no refund. Don't buy from this site. Pics are not real!!

The quality of the wig I purchased was very bad. It didn't look anything like the wig in the video, the style was different, the colour was different and the quality was poor. You could see the cap when I put it on, it is not fit for purpose. When I asked for a refund, they offered me 10% if I kept it. When I said that it wasn't fit for purpose they said it would cost too much money to send it back and that they would give me a 40% refund. I am not happy and would not purchase from this company again. This is what they state on their website:
