Pros and Cons

Pro - very fast delivery
Pro - occasional promo for free shipping

Con - very disappointing mug, perceived value is less than €1. Do not purchase!
Con - not for the store, but if you sign up for Juventus membership 1897 you get a home jersey with name. Because I did that I did not get a home jersey and bought everything else. But it's been months and I haven't received it, hence leaving me without a home jersey for a while.

Disappointed

After buying a jersey of pogba with the number six then Juventus changed it to ten I emailed Juventus store to see if the can send me replacement numbers do I can fix it myself they said they will get back to me I'm still waiting been over a month now

we never received any e-mail from your part.

Anyway, as reported on the website under the Terms and Conditions of Sale, Art. 8.9 - Return Policy: "no replacements or refunds are possible for game jerseys following the change of the shirt number of the player or his transfer to another team."

Therefore, we couldn't have sent you the new number.

Fast and secure service.

I was really impressed after ordering my item to be shipped internationally, it was shipped so fast and the transaction was fast and accurate. Also, the customisation was perfect :)!

Great service. Fast shipping.

Everything you could wish for from a sports club store. They have a great variety of items available. Shipping is usually quick (unless a new shirt was released, it takes them a few days to handle the huge demand).

Items are always well packaged, so you never have to worry about damaged items.

They also offer free international shipping a few times a year, which is a great opportunity to buy their items if you don't live in Italy.

Fast and as expected

My package came all the way from Italy, to the United States, very quickly. I was both happy with the quality of the product, as well as the speed at which it arrived. Will definitely be ordering from this Juventus.com again.

Cheating your customers - your own fans!

so they sold Pogba jersey with number 6 under the title "2015-2016" home kit! Well guess what! They changed the number to 10 and what they have sold is not the 2015-16 home kit of Pogba. I paid taxes, and shipping on top of €250 I spent in juve store and these cheaters were not willing to exchange my brand new , still with tags , jersey with a #10. Their service sucks. I will never spend a penny again on it.

very bad

i am a big fan of juventus turin.
it is not easy to get good merchandise in germany, so i have to buy my shirts and stuff from the juventus website.
my last shirt was too small, so i had to return it.
i had to pay for the return and after 2 weeks without any information i sent an email.
the only advise i got was to contact the post office...
so i did, they told me that everything is fine...i still did not get my money.
i am very sad about the situation and i will never buy or order from this website again.
the service is very bad.

Excellent

Some tshirts purchased and finished quickly. I suggest when this occurred to increase the quantities of these particular tshirts to satisfy the customers needs, otherwise the they will not have the chance to get it again.

This is why you want to be Juventus Fan!

I became a Juventus Fan because they won their league 33 times and they're alway consistent every year! That is the reason why I became a Juventus fan! Other reason is I love Juventus's soccer History and I love Italy soccer!
