The product arrived exactly on time ! The jersey was in great condition !

I purchased from the United States and the operation was simple and got my merchandise delivered within the week not having paid any extra for shipping.

The staff replied my email after one day which is fantastic. Request was also met. Thank you JuveStore!!! Fino alla fine!!!

Would not recommend anyone to purchase from here. Most unpleasant experience ever dealing with this sites customer service. I'm stuck with a shirt that does not fit $165 usd down the drain.

I bought the official jersey and my happines lasted only for two weeks. The reason was because they
signed a contract with a new sponsor (Adidas), and they changed the design of the shirt. I considered this unethical, Juventus should had stop selling any item once they knew that a new sponsor is coming. Not happy, but I still support the team !

My husband is a great fan of Juventus, I wanted to give him just an small and special gift.

The shopping experience was okay, easy to search, etc. But what I didnt like was that I had to pay and extra because of the import of the product (Must say that this extra was even more than the product I got). I guess the store has the knowledge of this. The delivery service they are using must declare all at border I dont think I was the first to do an order outside of Italy. I just think would be nice that you advice at your webpage about the extra import cost.

This was horrible experience which makes me not to buy again by the online store.

Best product there is! Just insane additional charges made by UPS when importing the product, when already payed adm costs when buying the product!

When the new 2015/16 shirts were made available I ordered a goal keeper shirt with standard BUFFON name and the number "1". Unfortunately the shirt was too big so I tried to return it for a smaller size. Juvestore rejected to exchange it to a smaller size as they said it was a custom print. I can understand this to be the case if I had asked for my own name on the back - but come on - standard player names like "BUFFON" with the number "1" should not be considered customized as it sells so much... it would be no problem at all for Juvestore to resell it. Juvestore informed me that the issue about non-returns was informed to me when buying. It is true that I can click a small link called "Printing Disclaimer" and read that "custom printing cannot be exchanged"... I think this notice is both too small and as stated above I do not consider "Buffon" as custom printing. Needless to say this was my last purchase at juvestore.com

I bought a Juventus goalkeepers jersey at Juvestore.
Naturally I chose the back print "Buffon" using Juvestore's own drop down menu.

The jersey is to big and I want to return it, but Juvestore won't help me since I have chosen a back print on the jersey.

Please don't tell me that Juvestore can't resell a goal keepers jersey with "Buffon" on the back.

Terrible return policy - terrible service...

To whom It May Concern:

Back in late May of 2015, I returned the Juventus shirt I purchased because the extra large size I originally ordered was too big (Item number JU14002-XL)

I just wanted to exchange it for the same exact shirt with the same patches, in a large format.

I received an e-mail on 06/23, but the reply was in Italian, and I do not understand what it takes for me to get my shirt back in a large size. Are they telling me I have to pay shipping fees? If so, how much further do I have to pay?

Please answer me in English, since that is my primary language.

I want the phone number of the customer service and be able to speak in English.

I look forward to hearing their response.
