Bad customer service
Bad customer service. The 00800… phone number does not work, same with WhatsApp. I got no answer at first attempt via email, on second try I got an answer after a week or so.

I love JUVIA clothing but client service not so much.
I love JUVIA clothing, I received my order quick, the sale price was great. One item has not arrived, I received the refund. Still, no word about the missing item, just like that. Feels like careless client service?
