Wonderful shopping experience with Orogem!
We visited Orogem in Antwerp and it was a very was successful shopping trip! Yannick helped me go through a good selection of earrings and pendants.
Finally settled on a pair of diamond earrings that I love and enjoy wearing! We live in the US and he kindly offered us 2 options for collecting the VAT, this worked in our favor.
It is a small beautiful shop, there is more availability online, but I was happy to visit in person and deal with them directly. A completely trustworthy owner and company. I would highly recommend to friends and family and hope to be back again!

I was very happy with my order. I had some questions and messaged them on WhatsApp. They were quickly responsive during business hours and guided me in my choice.

I found the Orogem website after…
I found the Orogem website after looking for a specific type of engagement ring that I couldn't find at many other shops. I came in touch with Yannick to request a specific stone with a ring setting and whether they could deliver within a very tight time frame of less than two weeks. All our contact went by phone and whatsapp (with pictures) but the whole process went super smooth. I picked up the ring and couldn't be happier with the end result (as is my fiancé ;-) ).
