Daniel do you know how to reply to an email ?

Went to the showroom in Amsterdam zuidoost, I saw few of their cars and I went to buy one the same day ready to pay it all on the spot. This guy Daniel told me that I needed to send him an email to get an appointment and he gave me his business card. I've sent him an email the same day, never received a reply, o followed up after a week, no response at all. Zero respect at all for clients, at the end I bought a car from another dealer, seeing the reviews I guess that they just don't know how to do business. I don't recommend this car dealer.
