Don't ever order anything from this company. They charge astronomical postage which takes over a week and costs more than the outfit itself. Worst of all is their customer service. I have sent 3 email... See more

Don’t waste your money!!

Ordered 4x “lucky dip” bags from retailer. All 4 items were shocking quality and nothing like anything seen on their page. I’ve brought better quality from temp!! Poor quality, poor value for money.

Partner and I thought it was worth a gamble. We thought even one item would be great. All four items were poor

SCAM COMPANY!

SCAM COMPANY!! The ‘mystery bag’ only contains 1 item despite influences boasting bag fulls, of which is cheap material that stinks of BO! Terrible quality, went straight in the bin. No response off the company. Avoid !!

Definitely worth Buying!!

Absolutely over the moon with my leggings, They definitely pull in you in...exactly what they said they would do. They stay up & they are very comfortable to wear. Definitely will be buying other colours. 😍😍

Excellent products.

I received my order yesterday and would like to say how delighted I was with my lucky dip bag. It had lovely products and really good value.

My other items were also very stylish and I am delighted with them.

Will definitely purchase from JYY London again.

Don’t order!

Don’t order!! Thought I’d try the £25.00 lucky dip bag, what a joke!! Awful material, made in PRC, hideous fit and horrible prints. One set the top would fit me and my partner in and the trousers wouldn’t fit my goldfish 🤣 Keep your money & buy a coffee and nice cake!

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service.
I have ordered once before, last year and had no problems with my order.
I ordered again on the 3rd of March this year, I received no correspondence with regards to my order, I had to email several times until I got a response and a tracking number.
The order then arrived after 2 and a half weeks of ordering to receive wrong items, items that are the wrong colour and items that have been replaced with alternatives to which are not what I want. Now I am having to try again to get a response for a return label to return the items I didn't order! All to which have to be sent back in 10 days of receipt of items that I didn't order! What an absolute shambles! I don't suppose anyone will be in touch and replace the items with the actual items I ordered! Or a refund for the ones that have been replaced as an alternative! Shocking.

Absolute s h I t

Only good things were the bath bits. The mystery bag was cra p, horrendous pair of trousers that are now sat in a charity shop. Ordered the tracksuit, that I now wear to bed instead. Have probably washed them 3 times so far and are already bobbling. Not worth the money or the wait

Lack of communication!

Placed an order in December 2025 after many emails chasing and no response, I was left with know alternative but to leave negative feedback on their YouTube channel and hope it sparks a response.
We're now in March 2026 and finally I get a response!
Thanks to Lauren in Customer Service my order was finally fulfilled and I received 3 days later.
I would of left 1 star but thanks to Lauren they got 2 stars
I am happy with the goods but they lack communication skills.

Absolutely shocking scam company

Absolutely shocking scam company. Placed an order on 6th Feb. Received no communication other than the initial order confirmation for ages. I emailed them multiple times to ask when it would be delivered I received an automated response back that said there was a delay on orders. Later I received shipping tracking details for various shipping places like Royal Mail and evri. These were fake. The Royal Mail one didn’t work at all and the evri one was completely fake. Said it had been delivered when it hadn’t. I had received no messages from evri (like I normally do) to say the order would be delivered that day. On contacting evri they had no record of the parcel. Absolute scammers. Robbers. They do it over and over. I will be taking this further. So angry. How do you sleep at night?!? Why haven’t they been shut down?

No Returns? Nice Try — The Law Says Otherwise

If I could give this company less than zero stars, I absolutely would.

I paid £10 for a Lucky Dip bag plus £5 postage, tempted by their claim that the item would be “worth more than £15.” After seeing Katie Price open hers and get half‑decent stuff, I thought, why not?

Well. Now I know why not.

What I received was an insult disguised as clothing: a sad, flimsy pair of grey polyester jogging bottoms worth about £3 — the exact bargain‑bin rubbish you can find on Temu. Nothing about this was “worth more than £15.” It wasn’t even worth the postage.

Then comes their beloved “NO RETURNS” policy, which they parade around like it’s some kind of magical forcefield that cancels UK law.
And for the record: a “NO RETURNS” policy does not cancel UK consumer law. Companies don’t get to rewrite the Consumer Rights Act 2015 just because it’s convenient for them.

I emailed them immediately.
What did I get?
A robotic, copy‑and‑paste auto‑reply telling me not to return the item because it would just be sent back to me. No human response. No help. No accountability. Just the same useless message every time I tried again.

In the end, I had to go through my bank, open a chargeback dispute, send photos, send proof, jump through hoops — all because this company refuses to follow basic consumer law. Thankfully, my bank refunded me, because the company certainly didn’t.

Do NOT fall for their “no returns” nonsense. It’s meaningless. They cannot strip you of your consumer rights, no matter how loudly they shout it on their website.

This company is a walking red flag.
A masterclass in how not to treat customers.
Avoid like your sanity depends on it.

Purchased a £25 lucky bag and was so…

Purchased a £25 lucky bag and was so disappointed
Received two very tacky pairs of wide trousers - one animal print and one bright blue in what can only be described as that shiny material that school or shorts are made from! Also a plasticky cheap pair of sunglasses.
Absolutely not worth it and wish I’d never parted with my money!
