Problems that need remedied
This company has a great concept and idea for us as the breeder community. They have a great following and customers on both sides of the isle. Customer service getting to the bottom of tech and account issues is almost impossible. A lot of the platform seems to be outdated and weighed and slowed down by 3rd party ads, making it difficult to run my acct for my business. These things outdated keep you from performing simple tasks and updates on the site inside your own acct that you pay for monthly.
