It took almost an entire month to receive an order I placed for a pair of boots for my wife. Their customer service and disclaimer on their site advised of possible delays due to "logistics and customs" issues. I had contacted them twice, after checking their abysmal tracking system, and received pretty much the same excuses. I wrote them back and told them I was going to give a negative review of my experience, although I expect it was completely ignored. A fly-by-night enterprise is how I would define them.

The order did arrive in a plastic bag, with the boots stuffed into another bag of bubble wrap. While I think we got our money's worth, $39.95USD, they're nothing special. Size was OK, although others had complained of poor fit and sloppy construction. I can't in good faith, recommend this outfit for anything. Stick with a company you know and that you can trust, with a verifiable reputation

I believe this POS company changed their name to Yokest and is carrying on the same scams . They may also be using another pseudonym. Be ware of these sleazybags!!!!!!!

the slippers that I ordered were at least 2 sizes too small. I agreed to purchase another pair at a discounted price but their website doesn't work. Now I will have to file a claim with Paypal. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought them. They are scam artists. It is hard to know which company is a sammer operating out of China. I am really ticked off, but mostly at myself. Caveat emptor.

Wish I had read all the reviews before ordering. Came 2 sizes too small but there was a positive in that I thought the quality was good for the price. This seems like a scam of purposely sending out incorrect sizes and probably just constantly recycling returned shoes. I followed the sizing instructions completely before ordering.

Had no problems at all, got the items within two weeks and satisfied with quality

In my review yesterday, I wrote that the materials used in the shoes I ordered were synthetic and not leather. I was mistaken.
They are constructed of leather.

All I can say is that you'd better be COMPLETELY sure of the size before you order because trying to return the shoes is a nightmare.. Other reviews claim that the shoes are true to size, but the pair I ordered for my husband certainly wasn't. I've been back and forth via email (couldn't find a phone number) with their returns department and still have received no guidance as to how to return the shoes. "Anrina" keeps asking me inane questions like did I refer to the size chart, did I measure my husband's foot, etc. I will never order shoes online again, and certainly not from Kaaum.

These are knock-offs. The athletic shoes are copied style and colors from Salomon. They are using Salomon Speedcross trail running shoes to copy. Pretty much identical in every way but clearly quality. Buyer beware!!!

As with the other reviews, I ordered 3 pairs as Instagram had shown advert I assumed that they would have done due diligence.
The shoes are too small and the company is horrible to deal with refusing a refund. The shoe quality is what you would expect from China - terrible, cheap and I would not pay £5 for them.

This company is in my opinion a scam. When you see the 90% bad reviews, believe it , it’s true! Pictures of the shoes I ordered looked really good but when I got them. They were pathetic! Paid about $36 per pair and they were prob worth $5 tops. Material was cheap and the sole of shoe even cheaper. These were athletic shoes.

Everything delivered fine, but the product description for a Leather iPhone Case clearly said the product was leather, and the item that arrived at my home was very clearly not leather. Extremely poor quality build as well. One of the worst products I’ve purchased in some time.

While I never received the item I ordered, the company was quick to respond and to issue a refund. I can't speak to the quality of product but their customer service is better than most companies.

Ordered an US size 13, European size 47, and the shoes were a full size too small. They wanted to charge me for another set of shoes to send me as a replacement. Not sure they are a legit store.

These people are absoluetly horrible. Cancelled my order they even offered 5% discount. I would email them and the responses were like from 5 year old csr. I cant say enough bad about them. They shipped my order anyway. Called my c card co and cancelled payment and refused the delivery. I regret not checking their reviews the nite i placed the order. Stay away.

Beware credit card fraud
Ordered 2 pairs black and blue shoes their size 48 - which is 2 bigger than i usually order here in Europe. The shoes they sent were 45 equivalent and 1 cm too short even after their nice instructions about measuring my foot size. So they were too small AND they stank of chemicalszer

1) They offered me 5 dollars
3) They offered me a full refund if i sent them back Nah! I don't trust them
4) Paypal said they would refund the full 79 dollars if i sent them back - cost from Switzerland to China - 50 dollars - not worth it

today i tried to use the same credit card and it was denied. Apparently my bank had received 20 attempts in the space of 1 hour yesterday evening to debit my card by 400 pounds a time for betting sites on the web. 8000 pounds - the Bank stopped it

Now I am changing the card and will send Kaaum an email to tell them exactly what i think of them - unrepeatable here

Tip - if they are not selling their stuff on Amazon and Ebay ASWELL as on their own crappy little hackable website then buy another shoe from your local store in town or you will be in a world of hurt.

Disgusting that the advert appears on the Number 3 site in the world (Dailymail.co.uk) and the payment to them is still facilitated by Paypal, who, in all honesty could not have cared less - "send them back, no? too expensive? ok then - case closed bye"

The company is in China - shipping takes weeks and the shoes do not fit according to their chart. Do not waste your money on these. When you complain the company only wants to sell you more crappy shoes, not solve your issues.

Ordered phone protector case for my samsung s9 plus, said it would arrive in 3/4 weeks 8 weeks later no case, naught one from amazon uk, took 3 days, think this company a scam, no way of tracking, dont buy from, look at other sites based in uk

I just wanted to say thanks to all who reviewed Kaaum shoes as I was on the cusp of ordering for someone. Great honesty and shame people are being duped. Guess best to stick to British made

This is just a ditto of all the other reviewers. Got the shoes two sizes to small I can't even get them on my feet. I blame ESPN in part for this why would they effectively endorse a scam company?? Also beware that they do business under multiple names. Just don't buy from these scammers you will regret it.

Got my shoes a couple days ago. I ordered 12’s but they’re definitely closer to 11’s. I read all the reviews after I ordered and therefore did not have high hopes. Clearly there are a lot of issues with this company. I do also think it’s rather shameful given all the profound problems with quality, service & sizing that any respectable US based website would allow this co. to advertise and sell these products. It’s a clear lack of due diligence in the part of these folks too.
2 stars instead of 1 because the quality seemed like it might acceptable given the low price paid. I’ve emailed the company about the problem but I know I’m likely screwed.
