I have been traveling with Kaba Travels since 2020, and every single trip has been an excellent experience. From choosing the best options, to full assistance during the journey, and even handling unexpected issues, they have always supported me with patience and professionalism.
I truly have no words for their dedication and calm approach — they never get tired of helping. I fully trust every suggestion they make, and after so many trips, they have never disappointed me. They always manage to understand exactly what I need and deliver it perfectly.

Traveling with Kaaba Connections was the worst experience ever. I travelled with them in November, there was no co-ordination between their transportation team and hotel bookings. They charged us in advance for all the bookings but we still had to pay the hotel extra for staying another day in Makkah that should’ve been covered by Kaaba Connections. We had to take a taxi from our hotel in Madinah to the airport because Kaaba Connections never arranged transportation for us even though it was all included in our package and we paid for it. We never got our visas till the last moment, we kept asking them about our visas, but they kept saying “you will get them soon.” We ended up getting our visas just a few hours before our flight which was very chaotic. Please don’t travel with them, as they are a huge scam.

Good buses, great tour guide. True craftsmanship and a genuine sense of connection with the people traveling. I have no remarks.

The best part is that Company is delivering the services what they are actually claiming. They have been available for any guidance for 24/7. Excellent hotels with transport. Above all, the prices for services are really economical. We have checked services and rates for couple of other Companies, but none can match.

As an anxious traveller and sort of fussy regarding flights and bookings, I was assigned kazim as my agent. He literally spent ages on the phone with me finding me the best hotels, best mode of transport, best time to go and so on.

It was the first time I used this company and I found them through insta, so I was unsure if it was genuine at first. But Alhamdulilah I had one of the best umrah journeys and kazim treated me like a brother rather than a customer. I Highly recommend using him / the company for umrah esp if you are looking for a tailored package at a decent price.
