Bought some garbage speaker mounts that…

Bought some garbage speaker mounts that bent at half the weight. Their claim I mounted them incorrectly but even so it's not prohibited in the manual or any warning. This is just dangerous and they just brushed me off. Temu quality junk.

We previously contacted you to help resolve the issue and explained that the product appeared to have been mounted incorrectly. During that conversation, we also shared several possible solutions, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response to those suggestions.

Excellent Aftersales.

When I ordered a couple of fast charging usb adapters I was informed they were out of stock and wouldn't be availible before Christmas.
When I informed Customer Services that I had an 'holiday project' to complete over the festive season they went over that extra mile (km) and to my surprise the adapters arrived before Christmas! Thank you.
