When approaching Stephen at kaboom marketing I approached with a story and a question. The story of how I wanted to bring my memories and the taste of spanish cuisine to the forefront of festival attendees in the UK, but with the question of how the hell do i get this story across on my new start up website! It's amazing how Stephen took this question and almost stepped inside my head as if he were I, and managed to capture my story in a way I'd have written whilst captivating the reader and making it exciting, almost like he took them trips down memory lane in Spain again with me, as though he was there and feeling my passion for the food and the experience.. working with Stephen took all the worry away when trying to convey my reasons for starting this business and he left me feeling confident and proud, more encouraged to because of how it made me feel seeing the finished copywriting. I have been in private practice for a while and had been considering marketing services on and off. I met with Stephen to help me clarify my USP. I’ve been really clear on who I serve and what I offer but I wasn’t sure how to communicate it in a way that didn’t sound generic. Stephen was able to show how my services were unique. I was surprised by his knowledge of marketing strategy & offer structure in addition to USP’s. In the end I was able to gain clarity on my USP, how to communicate it and as an unexpected bonus have ideas for a unique offer structure.

Stephen from Kaboom Marketing went through a detailed analysis of our service. He asked questions to understand the core advantages of our service,
and also looked into what motivated the leadership team. The resulting USP that he created for us was in some ways expected, but also picked up on things that we hadn't thought of. For example, we wanted to tackle too many different ideas -- we provide digital marketing services, so there are many things we can offer, including website development, copy writing etc. However, as a result of Stephen's analysis we narrowed down our offering to services where we have a unique capability.
