The idea is great but the Check management is unclear and for first timer the large number of options is concerning also , the check Redeeming process is unclear and in my case did not work as requested.
Lastly feedback is good but mandatory feedback request(s) like your site at every steps is annoying and time consuming.
Lastly if i give you my feedback, this is not a marketing/self praise activity it is for your quality and continuous improvement process, making it public is not needed or could be seen as a coercive method to only collect positive one.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you specify which step did not function for you or as you would have expected when you redeemed your groupgift for a Kadonation voucher? We would like to improve our service. I have found one conversation you have had with our customer service, but this concerned a regular question and not an issue or a problem?
We have some requests for feedback, but they are certainly not mandatory. If you did not feel like giving a review, that would not have been a problem.
We make our Trustpilot reviews public so as to show that we are open to feedback, and that we publish them honestly and transparently. Trustpilot does not allow for us to filter the good ones out from the bad ones. On several occassions in the past, a review of a user has allowed us to resolve an issue and improve our service.
