Everything perfect as always

I received my package today. The shop has the best customer service. I wasn’t happy about the missing light stick that was out of stock after waiting, but since I worked at the customer service myself for many years, I know that sometimes you can’t control things. Other shops simply cancel and refund without even apologising. However, this shop informed me and even offered me to choose another one with a discount or to get a refund. The box was well packaged, everything in good condition. I really, really, appreciated the tiny postcard, saying that they apologise again for the missing item and the extra photocards I got of my ulti group🥹 Such a great team! Highly recommend!

I have only good words for this shop. Ordered a Korean Vogue, it came in perfect condition. It had a bit of a delay but Mélanie was amazing in communication through email. I got 2 extra photo cards which was a nice surprise. Will definitely order again!
