Awful service
I've pleaced my order a week ago, no updates, nothing, I wrote email to cancel my order, after that I've noticed a notification on teir website that they have some delays, I returner to my mail (that took 2 minutes) and asked them to disregard my initial request and proceed with my order. 4 days passed and I receive a mail from them that they are cancelling my order, 1 minute later, notification from paypal that I've got my refund. What a stupid service, not happy at all! I placed my order again, will have to wait another 5 years for my order....
Product ordered 11/05. In stock.
On 11/07 no news. Email sent. No answer.
On 11/08 I open a complaint with PayPal and they answer immediately that the product is actually not in stock and I have to wait for 2 weeks and they’ll let me know!
I asked for cancellation and they don’t even answer.
Never again.
This company does not deliver— they send messages that the product has been sent out but complete lies. They need to be exposed as chesters
I placed an order with Kaerchershop Schreiber in Germany last Tuesday at 17:00 and it was delivered by UPS to my address in Denmark Thursday at 13:00 - I realise that this is also due to perfect shipping transit conditions but still an amazing service.
