I recently visited Kaffeine

I recently visited Kaffeine, and it honestly lived up to all the hype. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting not too loud, not too quite, just the perfect spot to relax or get a bit of work done. The staff were genuinely friendly and took the time to recommend a drink based on what usually like.

I ordered their flat white and a freshly baked pastry, and both were exceptional. The coffee was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced easily one of the best I've had in London. What I loved most is how much attention they put into the little details, from the presentation to the freshness of the food.

Overall, it's one of those cafes you end up wanting to revisit every week. Whether you're a coffee lover or just looking for a cozy place to unwind, Kaffine is absolutely worth trying.

Having lived in Fitzrovia for 15+…

Having lived in Fitzrovia for 15+ years, Kaffeine has always been the goto cafe either for a solo latte or to take friends to when they visit. Lately, not only I find the staff super unfriendly (which is not okay, but acceptable as we all have our days) but the quality of the coffee has fallen very far from the premium standard you would expect in London. Coffee is extremely bitter and salty to the point we ended up leaving the unfinished cups outside and just left.

I’m not a coffee buff but can appreciate good coffee as most do, and it was by far the worst one I’ve had in a very long time. I dare saying at the moment it doesn’t even hold a candle to the coffee in McDonalds. You’ve lost my business but do better, Kaffeine, as if I noticed it in disappointment so will everyone else

Good coffee but staff not nice

Good coffee but the staff can be indifferent and not very pleasant. There is an unnecessary snobbishness - specifically Great Titchfield St. branch and a friend of mine has said so too and refuses to go there anymore

the owner was rude clearly doesnt appriate her costumers nor the money you spend clearly as was my experice…

the owner was rude the service was horrible and the owner had commented on my review i left previous i found it funny given she didnt care about me as a costumer who spent on average 40 to 50 dollars a week in her coffee shop nor offered to make it right but could comment on my review i had left some business moral lack their of i was over charged and after being a faithful costumer who spend 700 per latter as i ask to swap milk for almond milk i didnt mind spending the extra money and always do but now cause the attitude the owner gave me when i called and said i was over charged all i got was a half assed applogie you would think the least she could have done was offer me a medium green tea matcha latte free again given i buy them regularly at 5.75 a cup but than pay extra on top of that for it to be made with almond milk but instead she commented on my review not costumer oranited place at all and the lack of costumer service was awful you would as owner of a small business in a small town you would treat you're costumers as valid guests and appriate their business and the fact i supported their establishment wasn't the case here now to see if this one also gets commented on by the owner

The coffee is delicious and the staff…

The coffee is delicious and the staff are all really friendly! I didn't know they had such a vast array of food offerings, will definitely be heading over to try those out soon!
Edit: I have since bought some of their banana bread which they offer to toast and spread some butter on - do it. My entire office was envious when I brought it back, it smelled incredible and tasted even better. Will be returning, much to the dismay of my bank account.
