Worst service in Copenhagen!
I never make reviews. But this bad treatment of a customer forces me to make one. I just visited the café and ordered two cups of 47 kr. coffee. It was pretty empty on a Sunday (which I now really inderstand). My partner and I sat down and took out our computers to discuss some work, while waiting for the coffee. After 2 min., a very angry and intimidating man came to the table "Don't USE your computer here. YOU were told so when you came in". I responded "I was not told so and I don't see a sign". The episode made my partner and me really not want to be in that café. So we went to ask for a refund for the coffee that was not made yet. The angry man (we suppose he is the owner) demanded to see a receipt which we did not have but the lady (who had a very different and friendly attitude) recalled us. I live in the neighborhood. I have so many friends here and friends visiting. I have no idea how you can run a business like that. My partner is from Germany and I was honestly so embarrassed for him to have this experience in Vesterbro where people and service is normally friendly.
