Fast and very reliable customer service that helped me a lot with a problem regarding the fit and an exchange

Get to know Kailas when I looking for a comfortable walking/hiking shoe.
However that is a limited choices in Singapore local shop.
So, after searching, found this Kailasgear that offer a wide range of Kailas shoes & others related stuff that ship worldwide.
After research, finally bought my first Kailas shoe, Fuga Yao 2 last year.
As I having a knee pain issue, quick walk is my preferred exercise. Compared to my previous running shoe, Yao 2 have a better grip on most of the surface, regardless dry or wet. And my foot will not getting wet easily due to sweating even after walking more than 2 hours under local hot weather.
Yao 2 also offers a comfortable but not too soft of cushioning that let me enjoy walking with lesser impact to my knee.
I like the quick lace system also as lace wouldn't get loose during exercise.
The outer layer of the shoe also easy to clean even when I step in wet cement during my quick walk near construction area, just pour my drinking water to clean will do, but I noticed that the water are easily get into the shoe, maybe due to the breathable material used.
Overall, very satisfied with Yao 2 and looking forward to try my new Fuga Du Boa.

I have lived 4 years in Thailand. In this time i have bought 3 pairs of trail running shoes from Kailas (I have bought them in Chiang Mai, the name of the shop is "Basecamp"). My favorite one is the Fuga EX, i love the cushion. The shoe has an extreme good grip and does not slip on wet stones. So it is perfect. It was perfect for Thailand and it is perfect for the high mountains in Austria.

We got the Kailas Backpack 38L which looks good, with functional design. After using it for 3 trips (Everest Base Camp and Portugal Fishermen trail), the front part of the shoulder straps tore apart on both sides, where the chest strap hinges. There were some force exerted by the chest strap but the material and stitching should be able withstand the force.

I would prefer to upload pictures of the damaged parts but it not possible here.

Kailas FUGA EX3 have amazing very consistent grip for many terrains. And confortable to long run.

This is an amazing company to purchase from. I had a size issue and they fixed the issue. Waiting for my, better sized shoes now. However, because of how they handled my issue, I will be back regardless. They are sweet, warm and extremely accommodating.. Try calling Nike with an issue and see how that goes....
When I receive my new ones, I will do a review of my next run..

One of the best customer services I have ever seen. Just received my trekking shoes and they are super comfortable, perfectly cover the ankle and very stable which is needed during the long hike. The quality is great. Highly recommend this company.

Bought some Gore-tex treated walking boots and summer socks for hiking.
Initially they were quite good for use in warmer weather, but I didn’t have any water resistance in one shoe as soon as rain hit.
Socks rubbed badly for long walks and gave me a rash that takes several weeks to heal.
Rather disappointing as the cost are comparable to RAB and other good brands.

I am super happy with the Kailas products that I am using.
The Fuga Pro 3 shoes are light and speedy ,comfortable and ideal for all types of terrain.Its like a motor for my feet, incredible! It has a Vibram Megarip Litebase outsole and for me is very important. Very resistant shoes. I am very happy with it.
I am in love with Fuga Air II Trail Running Hydration Vest 8L . It’s perfect. It fits to my body and does not chafe. I love the adf closure system. It has so many compartments that I can keep my things while I run. It has 3 ways to attach your trekking poles!!! That’s amazing!
Definitely I will keep using Kailas and I recommend it . I am very happy with it

I tested Fuga Pro Trail shoes and the Fuga hydra vest. I'm in love with kailas products thanks to the high quality and the details of the products. The shoes are comfortable with a wide space for the toes. The sole in magagrip by Vibram, with the unparallel grip is just awesome: i tested it on dry, wet and snowy trails. I love also the ghetta perfect to avoid to get in little rocks and sand. The vest fit perfect. I use a S Size and the fit could be set by the rapid BOA system. Zip and pockets are located in smart and useful areas. with the vest you have also 2 water bags of 500ml. Recommend!

I tryed the FugaPro Trail shoes and their vest, i am really surprised from the high quality and the high amount of technical details of the product!!! The sole in megagrip vibram is amazing on the shoes, the ghetta near the lock to avoid to get in rocks, the lock at the heel for the ghette, amazing! And the vest is very easy to fit, it have a rapid clip lock and a very big number of pocket, especially one in the front for the smartphone! There are also 2 waterbag of 500ml included, very satisfied!

The Chinese house Kailas is not very well known in Spain, but its mountain products are highly recognized in Asia thanks to their Great Quality.

For some time they have gotten into the world of Trailrunning, creating very high quality products with spectacular finishes and designs that have attracted great runners from all over the world.

I currently have the hydration vest and the Fuga Pro 3 trailrunning shoes

The 8L hydration vest has a great distribution of pockets, more than enough to carry everything you need and with an ADF closure system makes it very practical and comfortable.
In addition, its fabric is highly breathable.

The shoes are very comfortable and with a fantastic grip, their optimal terrain is probably the compact and the medium distance.
They have behaved very well on all terrains and due to their quality of materials and after more than 200km, they hardly show signs of wear.

A great choice for trail running beginners and experts.

I bought a routesetter belt here and the belt is super helpful. The package arrived within the desired time.

Fuga Pro 3 for trail running shoes are light and confortable. Speedy shoes for all types of floors. The feeling with them is almost like road shoes.
I have tried the Fuga Air II 8L bag I really like it because it fits to my body really really good. It has a sistem to ensure the position called ADF.
I think that those products are a must for a trail runner now

I've been running in the Kailas Fuga Pro shoes for 3 years now. These shoes have taken me to 3rd place at the 2019 UTMB and 2021 CCC. For me these shoes are a perfect balance between enough protection and cushion for long Ultra trail races but they are also super light and a nice responsive shoe on technical terrain which is so important. This shoe really does have all you need for running in the mountains.

I Have multiple Kailas shorts. and in my opinion the new 9a climbing shorts are a whole new level in design, quality, comfort and durability. tested them on the wall, no signs of wear what so ever. these are the best shorts you can get on the market today.

I use FUGA shoes for training when running on trails on hills and almost whatever I do in the mountains where there is no snow - from long hikes to easy climbing (up to grade 4). Great grip (even on steep grassy lopes), comfortable and good stability also on rough terrain (loose rocks, sideways slabs, gravel, grass...).
Highly recommended.
