Kaisertech don't hold stock - long wait time.
Kaisertech is a franchised distributor for many brands including JBC soldering equipment.
My latest purchase of soldering tips has an estimated delivery time of 2 weeks which implies that they have simply passed my order on to the manufacturer and added on some profit.
They don't appear to stock anything anymore.
I could have just ordered direct from the manufacturer and saved some money, but I ordered from Kaisertech because I assumed the delivery would be quicker.
I think I'll be switching to a different brand for my soldering needs after this experience. I can't be held to ransome over soldering iron tips in the future.

I have never receive mi items i have no tracking number for mi purces and it's taking to long already since I maid the purces and I didn't have any answer about mi purces the only ting I know it's that I paid more than the cost of the item for delivery and sims that I lost the item and the money

Deliberately ordered parts showing as in stock, paid for next for next working day delivery, but am expecting parts today.
Only found out when received email and was informed the parts would arrive yesterday. I did challenge the delivery but received no response.

Quick service with proactive follow-up
Quick service with proactive follow-up, including on delayed delivery that was the fault of UPS, who were short-staffed at the time. It helps a great deal to resolve delivery issues when the sender engages with the courier company.
The product itself (Quick 861) is great and, though I've no first-hand experience with more expensive products, I'm quite certain that reviewers like Louis Rossmann are right when they say that Quick holds its own compared with those more expensive products.
Do get the optional angled nozzles, even if you don't use a microscope!
