In a time where customer service is almost non existent Kai's Virgin Vapors is everything every company should strive to be. Actual human and personal service and a commitment to high quality in their products. I am so pleased to give them five stars!

I have been on a long journey to quit cigarettes and choose healthier vape alternatives. KAI's Virgin Vapor has had excellent flavors for more than ten years, for me. It was the only company I found that would satisfy the transition from smoking Newport Menthols, using their organic Tobacco liquid and Menthol product. Since then, I have transitioned to Afterglow. Learning to understand the scents and compounds, and how they affect the body, and put that together with what I need to be healthy, happy, thriving for my daughter & family. The customer service is second to none. The quality of the product is stellar. Shipping is always timely.

I cannot speak highly enough of KAI's Virgin Vapor.

After a couple years of being under different ownership, I am so thrilled KAI’s is back under its founding ownership! I have been using KAI’s organic vape juice for a decade. I stayed with them because of their dedication to quality and high integrity in product, vision, and customer care. When that quality started slipping, it did not surprise me in the least when the original visionaries took the company back and immediately got to work re-establishing the quality and standards so many of us had come to expect… that alone should tell you something. I've been a fan of Kai's forever. And now that's it's back under original ownership the quality of the product as well as the customer service has gone from blah and non-existent to (or rather back to) flavorful and fantastic. If you're looking for organic products with ingredients you can read, look no further.

I have been ordering from these guys for years. Always a great, clean product. Also have had great experience with customers. Please note that the businesses was sold and run poorly. It is now back in the hands of the original owners!

Just really excited about the unquestionably best Juice product being back on the market! The original KAI's team is back! Ive spent hundreds trying the rest, however there is ONLY one best, its KAI's.

They are so friendly and be sure you are getting what you really need. I'm allergic to PG so this juice is great, no PG. I bought the peach, flavor is great. Will definitely order my juice from them in the future. Truly nice people, you must try their juice, it's definitely worth it!!!

The Original Kai's Virgin Vapor is the best-tasting juice out there, bar none! The flavors are true, the 100% VG formula is smooth and satisfying and the customer service is impeccable. I won't waste my money on a different brand when (original) Kai's is available.
