After keeping me in a chat for about 30 minutes, the agent said he had to transfer me. It has been over 2 days now and the return call was not return at the time specified.

Kajabi is trying to steal $199 from me. I have not used the account for 4 mos. I originally signed up for the $99 3-month. Even that I did not use the app, so I just wasted $99. I was trying to cancel after the 3-mo, but it is difficult to find how to cancel in the app (very sneaky). Frustrated and then got distracted so I was not able to cancel. Now Kajabi is trying to strictly implement a fraudulent policy designed to steal money from customers. Kajabi has not earned one cent of that $199 and they are trying to steal it thru a policy technicality. Such a bad company. I will write a very bad reviews about Kajabi on all the social media platforms and report them to the Better Business Bureau and the CA Atty Gen if they don't return the money they stole from me.

We have used Kajabi for our training portal for quite some time and recently moved our entire CRM and sales pages to the platform as well. It is great having everything under one roof! There are some features that we had to give up from how we ran things in other platforms, but also many upgrades from those. Support has always been super helpful! And there is an ideas board to submit requests for product updates. Overall happy with our experience!

Despite the fact that I was cancelling my Kajabi account after about a year with them, the support team was friendly and helpful. They were also quick so I didn't have to worry about another charge going through. Kajabi is a really great platform with all it can do. It does take some getting used to as the interface isn't as intuitive as some other platforms. I'm leaving to go to Skool because my needs are more simple.
Great customer service. They fixed the issue the same day I raised the concern.

I got the information I needed. Understanding the "inner zip file" versus the downloaded one was the key.
You people are still trying to have a conversation with me when clearly I am not interested.

I preferred the human contact that helped me becuase Kajabi's bot couldn't be specific. The Kajabi support text Bot is useful for generic stuff. Humans understand the nuances required to solve problems.
I had to use Chat GPT to figure out my issue as the Kajabi BOT was giving me the wrong information and ways to solve my problem. AND I could never get a human agent which was very frustrating and uncommon. Why was i not connected with an agent this time?

I had a very quick and full response as a customer when I changed my email and it caused problems. Good AI support!
I got a quick, detailed response, and even so, I have no idea about it. The explanation was very helpful that even I could do it!
After 10 attempts it seems that someone may offer a human interraction. I will not use Kajabi and I can't sign in to cancel.

Worst experience! Poor customer service. They charge and won't refund when they make mistakes. It's in their "Terms" even if they were the ones who made it. I lost a lot of money with this group--which as a small business owner is really difficult. They were supposed to cancel a duplicate account and refund a duplicate charge. I have email to show they said they would back in May and now I'm being charged for an annual fee on that duplicate account. I cannot afford to be out that $399+ the $99 over charge for the promotion. Wish I never would have signed up with them and lost that money. I was warned...wish I would've gone with my gut on them. I hope others will use other groups who have more integrity and customer service which supports their customers.

Fin AI vs Support Chat with Monique V. Having a live person was a superior experience in troubleshooting my custom domain issues. I greatly appreciate her assistance!
My chat with Monique had dropped after only 7 minutes. They waited 2 minutes, then another 5 and dropped the chat. They had instructed me to add a new newsletter. It took time because I had to save it several times. Things weren't saving.
Aida was patient, read through the chat I had with Monique to understand what I had happened so far. Jumped in and stepped me through all the concerns I needed to address. I also posted my praises and solutions on the Kajabi Hero Facebook private group.
I didn't get the help I needed with setting up my domain until over two weeks and plenty of emails
