Worst company ever.

As this issue is now solved, here is my final review of the company.
I am not the actual customer but there is nothing that states that I need to be. I have dealt with this company on behalf of and authority by my co-worker who is their customer, or was.

He bought a tent from them and got an order confirmation. After that, nothing.
He tried to contact the company to get the tracking information but still nothing.
The tent was bought for a certain event and it was drawing near so if there would not be a tent, he needed a different solution.

That's when he asked me for help, We wrote new emails and also used the form on the web-site. nothing. So i called the phone number given in the order confirmation.
A different company answered, claiming to help Kajak-import as they did not understand Swedish.
A peculiar setup but this guy promised to get back.
That he did but the tracking information was either wrong or I misunderstood his Danish. However, the tent arrived a couple of days later, broken.

New emails with pictures of the non-exisitin packing, the broken parts etc, and a request for a return freight label so the tent could be returned as this damage was caused by the company.
Nothing,
New phone call, same guy who promised that we would get a freight label.
Nothing,
Suddenly a new package arrived from Kajak-import. possibly a new tent.
We had been clear in all emails that a re-deliver was not in question. Instead of answering, they just sent a new tent.
Still no response.
New call, but this time the guy was on vacation and we didn't want to talk to a third party but to the company themselves.
Found another phone number but there someone just picked up the call and immediately hung up again.
During the first call, we were asked to remove the review on Trustpilot. Funny thing is, neither of us had written any, it was another customer who wrote that one. So, to get any response, I did write a review stating all that had happened so far.

I was immediately offered 300 to remove the review.
I declined and posted that here, as this was not what we asked for, all we ever asked for was a return freight label for the broken tent and then a refund as my co-worker wanted to cancel the purhcase.

This started off a series of events where I was accused for blackmailing and extortion. That we had got two tents and still wanted the money back and that all I said was lies.

After several emails, the company had stopped stonewalling us, the freight label finally appeared, the tent was returned and my co-worker got a full refund.
So far all good.

There is just the issue that the company is still claiming I'm a lying blackmailer and that they were filing a law-suite against me.
They have reported me to Trustpilot that today sent me a warning. I've explained the matter to them and offered to send them all mail conversation I have proving that those claims are false accusations.
I hope Trustpilot takes this as serious as I do and look into this company instead that twice tried to pursuade me to change the review once for one I didn't even write and once offering money for it.

From what Trustpilot wrote me in the warning, they are very strict regarding their rules so that the reviews can be trusted.
One of those rules forbid companies to press or bribe customers for good reviews. This company did that twice.

The conclusion of my review of this company is that the quality of a compay is judged by how it solves problems.

This company did not answer emails, phone calls, contact requests from their web-site and even though they knew there was an issue, continued to stonewall us until we went public with how they acted.
Instead of solving the issue, they already had all the facts, they tried to bribe me for a good review.
Not until they realised that we would not give up claiming our rights according to the consumer laws, they finally made an effort but that was several weeks later.

My co-worker who authorized me to write this review, Experienced a way to long shipping time for the order, was not given correct tracking information. Did not get any answers when he tried to complain about the tent that was delivered broken due to no packaging.
Instead we met a company not listening to the customers wishes, not answering email, had a third party answer phone, and a total reluctance to actually solve the issue.
Instead they started a blame game with false accusations and pure lies to dis-credit the customer and also falsly reported the customer.

I'm actually looking forward to the law-suit they threatened with that will prove that we did nothing wrong. Perhaps unorthodox method to get a reaction but it worked.

You be the judge, the company might work fine when there are no issues but is this the company You want to deal with when someting goes wrong?

This review is not true, Magnus Kazen has not bought anything from us, but demands in an email sent to us that we pay money back for an order to another person, then he will delete this review on Trustpilot, it is extortion , it is not legal, Truspilot must stop it.
