Very good service
I had some technical problems with my bike, but Kajakk & Fritid in Drammen fixed it guickly and the staff provide very good service.

Trustworthy shop

Good customer service
I was wondering about the shipment of my order, as it was a while before I got information about the order being shipped. I sent an email and got a fast and nice reply, and shortly after I got a receipt for delivery. When it was sent from storage, the package was quick to arrive.

Bought a SUP (Stand up paddleboard, branded SurPlus)
Got it within 2 days of placing the order, it works well and is a lot of fun, ordered a second one for my girlfriend who is also very happy with hers and one for my sister =)
We are all very happy with the quality, and the delivery time especially.

Exellent customer service!
When we put the new SUP on the water, we found out that there was a hole in it. We sent a picture and video of it on the water with bubbles coming out to customer service - which sent us a new one right away. Thank you for excellent service!

Got help with a case we wasn't quite agree upon, but everything went well at the end. I have to say that the time before you get an answer is pretty long at times, but that is something that they working on🤞 Actually a good place to shop.
