I bought fava beans which were described as fresh. This food is toxic. Nobody answered my emails. They like to text, and ask about personal information. Customer is always wrong.

They have great service and shipped my items the same day. I order my 7 sin items, the packaging was very professional and got bigger samano without extra charge. They care about customer more than their benefits. I was surprised to find the items like a kofte and roghan hivani and they have many more. Excellent service.
I ordered a Pars rice cooker online. Ben called me few hours after my order to let me know that it may be delivered later than expected. During the conversation, I mentioned that I was actually looking for another size, which was sold out everywhere. Ben told me that he will send the other size asap without me having to go to return/exchange/another payment. He absorbed kindly to extra cost and the rice cooker arrived today - it is perfect. What a horrible experience! I bought rice. The bag had been slight open, and taped! It has hairs in it! I called the guy he said “it’s just from the sack it was in, you should always rinse your rice and when you cook it it will be fine” Unbelievable! I have never seen hairs in ANY rice I’ve had in the past! He didn’t even ask if I’d like to return it, didn’t give me the opportunity to get my money back and I will NEVER eat this rice! Unless of course I was starving! But, it will be long gone before that day comes! I wish I could post pictures to my review so everyone could see! Thanks for nothing and a big waste of my money!
