Would give 0 if possible!!

I received a response a week after placing the order and after trying multiple times to get an update: the last item in the supplier's warehouse is damaged and pram was offered in a different color.
WHAT'S THE POINT OF SELLING ITEMS NOT IN YOUR STOCK?!?!?!?!?!

Do not recommend.

At first they didn’t provide me with any tracking information or even give me a date as to when my parcel would arrive. They then sent me the wrong dummy’s & just haven’t replied to my email. The box came damaged which could’ve damaged the teats on the dummy’s.

Awful customer service

Started ok, item was delivered quickly - unfortunately went downhill from here. The item arrived with significant corrosion, not great generally, but certainly not suitable for a baby product. I don’t think this was their fault, but the response and subsequent poor service was. I advised and asked for a replacement or refund (and return the item), they said they would raise with their supplier. I politely advised that my contract was with them, and not their supplier, so required them to confirm the return. Unfortunately I received no response, so advised that I’d have to escalate if no response was given. Again, no response, so raised a claim via my credit card. Again, I advised this and said I still wanted to return. Then received an awfully worded email explaining that the item must be unopened, no packaging opened etc. if I wanted to return, but was finally provided with a return label. I advised that I declined their terms as it was not a change of mind return, simply a faulty item - no response. The item was then returned, however, Parcelforce’s proof of delivery stated the recipient refused to have photo taken - why on earth would you do that?! Anyway, haven’t had any confirmation of return from them, so I’ll leave it with my card company to resolve. Such a shame, appreciate they are a small business, but there’s no excuse for such a catalogue of poor service!

My item came with a rip

My item came with a rip. The product which was kidnerkraft 3-1 was bad quality. Customer service team ignore your emails.

The rip was the bassinet, my newborn could have easily had a fall.

Never again.

I've been waiting almost a month for a…

I've been waiting almost a month for a product that I still haven't received. They have provided no updates and their Customer Service takes days to respond and provides little to no information. Do not use this company based on my experience.

Sent my item to the wrong address

Sent my item to the wrong address. Their number dosent even go through so had to email. Had to chase them up multiple times for them to reply and when they did, they asked for a tracking number for the item which i couldn't provide as i wasn't the one who sent it back. They take 2-3 weeks to reply and they are now refusing to either send the item to the right address or provide a refund. The worst company and customer service i have ever had to deal with.

Response from customer services not great

My order was split in 2 which is fine. I received first part then the second part took over 4 weeks. When I asked what had happened I was told steriliser was broken and couldn't be delivered and thst they would refund. I waited a few more weeks with nothing. I had to email again, fortunately the response was a lot quicker and I managed to get a refund.

Okay so I shopped with them via Laybuy…

Okay so I shopped with them via Laybuy to buy my daughter's little boy a cotbed, as I couldn't afford it in one go. I had to chase up delivery because I hadn't had a dispatch notification and my estimated date was getting close. Couple of emails and messages via Facebook Messenger later, they informed me the one I chose was the last one in stock and damaged, so would I like an upgrade at no extra cost. I accepted and am happy to say I received the cotbed next day via FedEx. I haven't unpacked it, so I can't comment on whether all components are correct or there's no damage, but I'm happy so far and would use again.

Just awful

Just awful. £150 on a pushchair. Delivery info was poor, when it arrived it was as if it had been previously used , no wear on it but wobbley and seemed unsafe. I emailed to return got told they charged 20£ or I could sort it myself. I found a service for £11 and returned. They refused to refund the £11 even tho pushchair was faulty.
Customer service and communication was extremely poor and often they wouldn't reply or would reply with emails that made no sense. I'd avoid and buy from a well known reputable company as this one is useless when there's a problem.
