Great caring service

Karen Allan is great to work with so passionate and enthusiastic would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property

K Allan help sell my property and made the experience so easy with no hassle. Taking over organising viewings and even down to helping find a decent Lawyer to help finalise the sale. I would recommend this company to everyone as very honest and upfront. Thank you Karen and your team

From start to finish Karen and went the extra mile, securing multiple viewings and offers in record time. Communication was great and I felt confident that the sale was being handled professionally. When compared with other estate agents I have used both in Orkney and on the Scottish mainland, she is leagues ahead and I would happy to (and have!) recommended her services to others thinking of buying and selling.

I found all staff at K Allan Properties to be very helpful, responsive, and effective. I was pleased by the speedy, often immediate response to emails. I also enjoyed the human touch and found communication friendly and warm which helped to keep stress levels to a minimum! Thank you for your highly professional and friendly service.

First time selling a house. Karen and her team made the process simple and painless and produced top of the line marketing material with good reach.
