Very Poor Product Now Broken!
We purchased 2 chairs to try in our office, 1 was never right & reported back to them, but they didn't do anything about it.
2 years in & the office chair snapped! Literally in half at the base.
I appreciate this is 2 years old & used most days, but I expected them to be surprised when I sent in the pictures, but they just didn't want to know & offered nothing.
There is no way we could use this company again. We've never had an office chair break like that!!

So to try to explain everything in a concise way is difficult as there have been so many errors.
- and if you have't got time to read my full and honest review - It's 3 times that they increased delivery times in total.
The first time they cancelled my initial order (without telling me) - which meant I had to reorder with them (Setting me back to the start of the long delivery process).
They emailed saying that they'd speed up delivery if I reordered.
I reodered.
I then got a response then saying that it would be 12 weeks - No mention of speeding up delivery.
I stuck with it only to be told again, there was another delay and another 12 weeks.
This morning I was told there was another delay and to expect a 12 week delivery- and did I want to cancel?
This time I did just that. I cancelled and found another chair but elsewhere!
So please avoid the stress, from a non communicative and dreadfully deceptive company. Don't believe their countdown on their website, as this will suddenly change to a sorry blah blah blah - and they won't answer the phone.
The good news is, I've just ordered from somewhere else. It's a stunning chair which I receive in 3 days.
Spoke to them on the phone too, helps with the reassurance after such a traumatic experience.
I'm hoping to receive my new 'Stunning Chair' within a week. I'll amend this if I don't receive it.
A fake company
A fake company - just look at the almost identical websites advertising SALES, for the companies "BESPOEK" and "Thorvald & Design"
There is also an Indonesian company "Themateak," perhaps this is the real company?
The website is filled with strange, obviously web-translated copy. These companies aren't registered in the places they are supposed to be based, if they include an address. I bought from the "Thorvald & Design" "site" and decided to do a reverse image search and hunt down the array of other websites they are using to probably sell counterfeit or low quality goods.

Very very poor I paid for 6 wishbone chairs in mid Dec I have only received 4 I have email twice, filled out the online chat twice and call four times. I called on 18th dec and was told my missing chairs will be with me in two days they never arrive Christmas & new year followed I called again ( still being very patient as it had been holiday shutdown) was told again the chairs will be two days. I have never received the chairs called again on 10th Jan leaving a voice mail and then again tonight & got an answer phone saying closed over the holiday period. I am beginning to think this company are not trading. I just want the faulty chair sorted and the two chairs missing to arrive or just return my money
Low quality stand up desks, a lot of time wasted!!
I purchased a stand up desk from Kallevig way back in March, and it has caused nothing but problems and wasted time.
The desk stopped working probably about 3 weeks after purchase, and I have spent so much of my time back and forth with the customer service team, who did respond in fairly good time - but who were unable to solve the issue. I was sent a replacement keypad that I was asked to replace myself, and then a replacement motor (without the appropriate tool to remove/fit) and was also asked to replace that myself. I have spent hours trying to get this desk to work as it was intended, but I have just wasted so much time. I was eventually given a refund, but I now have a desk that every time I want to adjust the height I have to reset the desk. It's very annoying, and I do not agree whatsoever that this company sells 'quality products' as they are so vocal about. This is cheap for a stand up desk, but do not waste your money- buy a simpler desk or invest in a better quality one.

I’m sorry to say I’ve not had a good experience with this company. Not only was the wishbone chair I purchased extremely uncomfortable but returning it has proven strangely difficult. I still haven’t received a refund and customer service won’t respond to my emails. I would never deal with this Kallevig again.

Walnut Wishbone chair came in a color that is not even close to walnut and now to return it, the cost is $250.total scam.
Kallevig lack of professionalism and ethics
I made a purchase through the Kallevig website in November 2022. In December 2022, after two weeks without any progress regarding the shipment of the order, I decided to send an email to customer support, they apologized because the product was out of stock . I informed that I had some urgency in the shipment. I was informed that due to stock outage the order could only be shipped in January. With some frustration I accepted but informed that if the product did not arrive by the end of January I would cancel the order. In the 3rd week of January my order arrived, I was delighted to open the order and found a different product than what I had ordered. I sent an email again to customer support to which they apologized again, very irritated with the situation, I asked to return the product. In March and after several emails and telephone conversations, they sent a courier to return the product. After a few weeks already in April, also after several emails and telephone conversations informed that they would return the money, today, May 8th, I still do not have the amount in my bank account.
Where is my refund?
I placed an order on 4/19/23 and cancelled the order on 4/22/23. I received an email confirming the cancellation. But the charge of $1521 has not been refunded back to the credit card account it was charged to. I’ve contacted them several times. This is very frustrating and disappointing.
Furniture protectors are a scam
I can’t speak to the furniture itself since I cancelled my order (the customer service rep was nice and helpful) but I do think folks should be warned not to include the “furniture protectors” in their order. I received mine separately from my furniture order- they were $29 for eight small felt stickers. (It’s on me for not noticing that when I put in the order, but that’s pretty egregious.) The customs slip said they were sent as a sample, which seems inaccurate. I was able to buy the same felt protectors for a pack of about 100 for $5.

Easy purchasing options
Buy an IKEA Bekant instead.
Bought a sit/stand desk 6 weeks ago. The desk did not raise- the control panel just beeped at me. Spent countless sessions with faceless “Interior Design Specialists” who either got me to reset the control panel or sent me a set of operating instructions which I couldn’t use as buttons on the control panel just beeped. Feel like I’ve overpaid for what is effectively a standard sitting desk and it’s frustrating that I can’t get help a real person on the phone to help.
Kallevig really needs to up its game on by putting troubleshooting information on their website, as well as stand up a team of real people you can get technical support from. I’m sick and tired of being asked to send photos or videos of the fault to them so they can make another suggestion. Do these people think I want to spend my time going back and forth with them about their faulty product when I’m trying to work? I don’t want a replacement motor, leg or connecting rod- I want a refund.
Based on my experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a desk.
