Incredibly poor customer service. I wish everyone reads the reviews before purchasing. I wish I did. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I've had. 1) they lied on their website about the timeframe of the delivery. 2) the replies to the emails and delivery itself are outright late and unprofessional (it took them 2 days to "print a label"). 3) the product came so late, that the event I needed it for passed, so I've sent an email to request an exchange, since I didn't need that shirt anymore (of course they don't refund) - it was a month ago and there's still no reply from kalmin Ross. What a scam. Is it even a business

great shirts on a previous purchase but used evri to deliver who failed totally.

Worst customer service & longer days for production (10-20 days). No one will respond back to you for messages. A never worked whatsapp customer service

Worst experience with customer service (josh) 3 shirts ordered and never got delivered. They insist I have the wrong address. My money is lost and they say they can do nothing
But that does not stop them.from.sending mails foe review of the product
Avoid Kalmin Ross at all cost

It required them three tries over a span of four months to finally send the size I requested. However, the quality of the shirts is poor, with thin fabric and inexpensive buttons, making the purchase not worthwhile and unpleasant. Also, they refused to do a refund. Do not recommend

I ordered two shirts which arrived quite safely two weeks later. I am very impressed with the quality of the fabric for the price.

This business conducts fraudulent business. I ordered three shirts, but it was never sent. I had to report them to the Norwegian authorities and ask my bank to refund the amount I spent here. Please avoid them if you want to avoid being swindled.
