Ook wij zijn in aanraking gekomen met de Kamado door een passie voor eten en koken. Vooral de manier van koken en de veelzijdigheid van de Kamado spraken ons erg aan. Een licht uit de hand gelopen hobby en een gezonde dosis enthousiasme zorgde ervoor dat we in het verre oosten onze eigen Kamado zijn gaan ontwikkelen. Daar waar ze met de manier van koken bekend zijn en over de juiste materialen beschikken om tot een kwalitatieve Kamado te komen. Na 2 jaren van ontwerpen, kwaliteitscontroles en vooral testen door hevig gebruik te maken van de Kamado hebben we nu een product waar wij voor de volle 100% achter staan en waarmee wij geloven dat we een meerwaarde kunnen bieden op het gebied van buiten koken, met alle gemakken van dien. Kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en service staan bij ons vooraan in de bedrijfsvoering. Daarnaast geloven wij in het aanbieden van een complete Kamado. Product arrived cracked.. kamado took immediate action
Product arrived cracked... sent them an email... no response l.... called them during the time they say they will be availible... no answer...
Changed my review... was an honest mistake by kamado. Can happen to any one.... they took immediate action sending a replacement without putting me through further inconvenience of more photos, shipping back etc etc... the true test of a company is when things go wrong and how they react. Thank you for this great experience kamado!!!

You are right that we have been less reachable by phone recently due to the holiday period and a very busy schedule. Normally, we always respond within 1–2 days in case of damage.
