Accessory purchase feedback
One of the accessories I ordered came ever so slightly damaged, so slight I didn’t t even ask for a replacement. After being prompted for feedback on my order I mentioned the slight defect, making it clear I wasn’t asking for a replacement. Nevertheless a couple of days later a replacement part arrived anyway. Outstanding service. And as for kamado, I have the limited and it is the best bit of kit you could possibly buy. Incredible thing.

As part of our process, we do need to confirm the return of the incorrect item before sending out a replacement. This is simply to prevent past issues we’ve experienced where items were not returned after replacements were sent. While this step is in place to protect both our customers and our business, we understand it may cause some frustration, and we truly appreciate your patience.
We are also reviewing our procedures to ensure such errors are avoided in the first place.

After alot of research I decided to go to Komado Kings and purchase a Komado Bono. I personally went to their warehouse and was shown around by Giederious.
He explained what the grills were capable of and was shown how best to use the Komado.
I decided to go for the limited as I have heard people buy smaller and regret not going bigger and boy did I make the right decision.

Replacement deflector plate
I couldn't locate the right size replacement heat deflector online, customerservice responded within the hour after looking and confirming the Kamodo size I brought and provided a link for the item I needed.
Deflector plate arrived well packed.

A very suspicious team with a very poor customer care.
The price is much a higher than other sellers, so carefully Google it for the best price.
Never ever trust what they put on the delivery policy, it's completely the opposite.

While the delivery process is handled by a trusted third-party logistics company (who provide excellent service in 99% of cases), we fully understand how important courteous and helpful service is for our customers, and we have raised your concerns directly with their management.
As explained in our email correspondence, our standard delivery policy is for kerbside delivery. This means the driver will leave the pallet at the nearest accessible point, rather than bringing it into the property. This is due to insurance restrictions — delivery drivers do not have public liability cover, so if they were to accidentally damage a customer’s property, their company would not be able to cover the cost.
In your case, the driver went beyond this standard service by moving the pallet further onto your driveway after you requested it, which we appreciate, as it helped accommodate your family’s needs. We are sorry, however, if his manner appeared rushed or unfriendly — this is not the standard we expect, and we have addressed it.
If a driver is unable or unwilling to wait while you check the delivery, the quickest solution is to call us immediately. Please be assured that opening the package to inspect it will not void your warranty. If any structural damage (such as large cracks or splits) is found, we will arrange a free replacement the next working day, provided there is clear evidence of the damage and delivery location.
We work hard to ensure our products arrive safely and our customers are supported throughout the process. While we regret that this experience has left you dissatisfied, we believe the delivery followed our stated policy, and we hope this explanation helps clarify why certain steps are in place.
We would still be happy to work with you to resolve any outstanding concerns and ensure you have a product you are happy with.
